The search for the next Miss Teen Universe – Free State is officially on after an empowerment workshop was held for young women at BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central.
Hosted in partnership with Miss Teen Universe – Free State, the workshop aimed to equip potential entrants with skills in grooming, education, self development, and tips on how to stand out in provincial and national pageants.
Provincial Director Mr Chief Leeuw facilitated the session with support from pageant producer Jowjo Bam. The pageant seeks to give young women from all walks of life a platform to become charity and cultural ambassadors.
Four speakers shared their experience and advice: Mrs Lomile Dithakong, Mrs SA Finalist 2026; Nadia Mqonqo, Miss Teen Continental – Africa 2025; Amogelang Lengane, Miss Teen Charm SA 2026; and renowned international queen Dipolelo Hou.
Entries for Miss Teen Universe – Free State are still open. Girls between the ages of 13 and 20 can enter the young women empowerment project by requesting an entry form.
