North West MEC for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs Gaoage Oageng Molapisi will on Friday, 13 March 2026, introduce three (3) Developers for the construction of 1078 new Housing Units at Extension 13, Ikageng Township in the JB Marks Local Municipality.
The project is worth over R230 million and will be shared amongst three (3) developers. The project will commence in April 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2027. The project will reduce housing backlog and ensure decent housing for the community of Ikageng.
