Marumo Gallants FC has confirmed that it has received court documents relating to a matter brought by Moroka Swallows.
In an official statement released on Monday, the club said the issue is now before the courts and, as a result, it will refrain from making any further public comments or participating in media interviews concerning the matter. The Gallants emphasised their respect for the legal process and indicated that the case will proceed through the appropriate judicial channels.
The club reassured supporters, partners and stakeholders that operations remain unaffected. According to the statement, management, technical staff and players are fully focused on preparations and fulfilling commitments for the remainder of the season.
