After successful and promising trials in Klerksdorp, the North West Table Tennis team is now preparing to represent the provincel. The trials were held at Klerksdorp Recreation Centre on 23 May to select teams from different age groups to represent North West at the Inter provincial games in Limpopo.
According to Mr Tshidiso Morekisi, Secretary of North West Table Tennis, the team is ready for the next round and he believes the selected players will make the province proud. Players were selected from different age groups: Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 19, for both boys and girls.Among the players selected from the U/11 category are Tumeloentle Moncho, Nthabeleng Sekete, Refiloe Shashape and Reoikan.
